Credits are consumed by the nightly Reflexions pipeline (briefing generation, email intelligence, smart suggestions) and by real-time actions (generating a quote from a thread, drafting a reply). Solo includes 5,000 credits/month, Studio 20,000 credits/user/month, Scale unlimited. Your daily briefing costs roughly 50 credits; a one-click action 1–5 credits.

How is this different from the old Starter / Growth / Enterprise plans?

The current model flips the logic: the inbox is now the home screen, and business actions are suggested inline as you read. Solo is a new entry tier for solo founders. Studio replaces Growth for teams. Scale replaces Enterprise for larger companies.

What happens to my existing Starter or Growth subscription?

Nothing changes immediately. Your existing subscription stays active at its current price. We'll reach out before any migration with a personalized offer — most Starter users qualify for Solo at a lower price. You can also keep your legacy pricing for 12 months if you prefer.

Yes. Junyr Mail is published by Croissance et Transitions SAS (RCS Draguignan, EUID FR8302.102050671). All infrastructure — servers, databases, backups, and email — is hosted at OVH water-cooled datacenters in France. No data ever leaves European territory.

What happens to my data in Sécurisée mode?

Your messages are encrypted at rest with a key derived from your password (PGP, identical to the Proton Mail model). For AI features, your names, addresses, phone numbers, IBANs, and amounts are replaced with codes before any LLM call. The sanitization uses Microsoft Presidio and validated PII regexes. The mapping table stays on your instance, never transmitted.

What is the difference between RFC 3161 and eIDAS qualified?

RFC 3161 is the technical timestamping protocol — the proof is cryptographically valid and verifiable by anyone in minutes. eIDAS qualified (Article 41 of EU Regulation 910/2014) adds a legal qualification: the provider is listed on the EU Trusted List, and the proof carries full evidentiary weight before any European court. Junyr starts in Phase 1 with RFC 3161 (Freetsa.org, free, included in your plan); Phase 2 (on opt-in) switches to Universign, an EU qualified provider, for about €0.15 per month per user.

How long do timestamping proofs remain valid?

Indefinitely, as long as the hash algorithms (SHA-256) and TSA signature algorithms remain cryptographically safe. If SHA-256 were ever broken, we would re-stamp older proofs with SHA-3 or its successor. The older proofs would remain valid — they simply certify the date up to the re-stamp date.

If I forget my password, do I lose everything in Totale or Sécurisée?

No — a 24-word recovery code (BIP-39, the same format as crypto wallets) is shown to you exactly once during activation. Store it offline (paper, never online). If you forget your password, the code re-encrypts your PGP keys with your new password. Without the code, neither you nor we can decrypt.
